Help can be found in #opers. /me <action>: Performs an action in the channel. Looks something like "*NintendoFreak dances a jig" You should note that there are some rules here. The most basic of which is don't steal nicks and don't flood any channels. You can find a full list of the rules and penalties by using the /motd command.
